Website and member terms
Terms and conditions
These terms govern access to EventBookr directories, member accounts, enquiries, messages, quotes and planning tools.
1. Using EventBookr
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by an EventBookr security failure.
2. What the platform does
EventBookr helps people discover and contact independent venues, event services and entertainers. Unless expressly stated, EventBookr is not a party to the booking, service agreement or payment between a customer and a listed business. Listing presence, reviews, verification or search position is not a guarantee of quality, availability, identity or outcome.
3. Enquiries, messages and quotes
Messages and quotes are tools for communication. Before paying or booking, confirm the provider, scope, dates, total price, cancellation rules and payment details. Users and providers are responsible for their direct agreements, taxes, licences, insurance and performance.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use EventBookr to deceive, harass, impersonate, scrape, probe, disrupt or distribute malware; publish unlawful or infringing material; evade platform safeguards; send spam; manipulate reviews, rankings or billing; or create activity that risks another person’s safety. Automated access requires EventBookr’s written permission.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant EventBookr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format, moderate and display that content for operating and promoting the service. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. EventBookr’s branding, software and original content remain protected.
6. Availability, moderation and termination
We may investigate reports, limit features, remove content, suspend accounts or preserve evidence when reasonably needed for security, safety, legal compliance or enforcement. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned changes and emergencies may affect access.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent allowed by law, EventBookr is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for independent providers, off-platform conduct, lost opportunities or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
8. Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively and will date material changes. The laws and courts applicable to a dispute may depend on your country, mandatory consumer protections and the EventBookr entity serving your market. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
Advertisers also agree to the advertiser terms. Our privacy policy explains personal information handling.
