EventBookr uses essential storage to keep accounts and workflows secure. Optional measurement is used only when you allow it.

1. Essential storage

Secure, HTTP-only cookies keep members, guests and administrators signed in and keep a visitor in the correct EventBookr country experience. Short-lived browser storage also prevents duplicate form submissions, repeated listing-view counts and repeated homepage exposure counts. These functions are necessary for security, continuity and reliable service and cannot be disabled through our preference control.

2. Optional measurement and marketing

EventBookr V2 does not currently load third-party advertising pixels or cross-site marketing trackers. If optional analytics or marketing tools are introduced, they must check your saved preference before loading. Choosing essential only will remain the default until you actively allow optional measurement.

3. First-party operational records

The service records privacy-conscious, first-party activity such as directory searches, listing views and feature engagement to operate the directory, prevent duplicate counts and improve quality. These records are not used to follow you across unrelated websites.

4. Manage your preference

Your selection is stored for six months on this browser. Clearing site data will reset it. Browser controls can also block cookies, although blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and some workflows.
